Senior Center

The Senior Services Division aims to improve and maintain the health and well-being of all senior citizens in the community by providing a safe location to meet, activities to enrich, and low-cost meals to nourish.


The Senior Center offers many services to local seniors, including weekly classes, monthly trips or events, health and wellness clinics, and weekday lunches.

  • Daily meals served at 12 noon ($3 donation per person), Monday-Friday
  • Transportation is available through UTA at 801.374.9306
  • Free blood pressure clinic on the first of every month from 11 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Annual flu shots in September or October
  • Senior membership cards ($5.00 per person) available annually – memberships include facility use, food donations, participation in programs, trips/tours, and other events put on by the Lehi Senior Center.

To join in the fun, social, and learning opportunities, purchase an Annual Membership for only $5.00 per year! Memberships are valid from January 1st through December 31st of each year. Click, download and fill out a membership form below. Then bring to the Senior Center. Or stop by the Center to pick up a form during open hours.

All individuals receiving meals are asked to fill out a registration form. The form can be downloaded, printed and returned to the senior center on you next visit.

Some classes require registration – please be sure to read the monthly newsletter to know which classes need to be registered for! Harness your inner artist! Classes available for beginners and intermediate students. All supplies provided for beginner classes – you get to keep it all! Includes 2-4 class sessions. Tuesdays or Thursdays 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Prices vary; must register ahead. Advanced Watercolor is also available. Please call or email for details. See Flier Here

The next Mindfulness and Meditation Session will begin TBA. Learn what mindfulness is, the science behind how it changes the brain, and specific exercises to bring its benefits into your own life. Free for members.

Learn a variety of dance steps, enjoy a simple aerobic workout, good music, and laughter. No partner needed; for any level of dancer! Fridays at 10 a.m. Free for members. No RSVP required.

Tai Chi is a low-impact, relaxing form of exercise; proven to improve balance, mental capacity, calmness, and more! Current classes are on Mondays at 9:30 am for Video Instruction. No RSVP required. Specific Workshops teaching various topics also available. See flier for more information. Free for members.

This class is TBD. Everyone has a story to share. This class will teach you to share your stories in a way that is interesting and memorable! Learn the basics of poetry and short story writing. Taught by published author & poet Lorraine Jeffrey. See Old Flier Here

Once a month, we play BUNCO. No experience needed. This game is fun and easy to learn. We will have other games to play as well. This is free to play for Senior Center Members. Prizes and treats are included. See you there! See Flier Here

CURRENTLY ON HOLD. CHECK BACK LATER. We have awesome volunteers who will help you with computer basics, Internet, Email, Facebook, sorting your files, saving photos, you name it! We can also help with phones and iPads. Help available weekly – call for appointment. See Flier Here

Knit, tat, crochet, you name it. Work on your own project of choice with the help and supervision of a skilled teacher! Free for Senior Center members. Tuesdays at 10:15 a.m. No registration required. See Flier Here

Join us for Monday Movie Mania! Held monthly on the 3rd Monday-unless otherwise noted. We show some of the old classics you know and love – and a few recent flicks too! Bring your own snacks if you’d like, but we will have a treat. See Flier Here

Enjoy socializing with friends while serving your community! All quilts donated to local refugees or the American Fork Hospital. Quilts are pieced together and sewn by senior volunteers outside of club time. Free for members. Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. No registration required. See Flier Here

We strive to hold Blood Pressure Clinics at the Lehi Senior Center 1st Friday of the month from 11:00 a.m. – noon in partnership with Dignity Home Health. We also have some equipment to check-out and use to test personally. Check the Activities Calendar for details.

For all skill levels! Come pitch with us – you don’t have to be a senior to participate. We provide the scorecards and horseshoes. We play at the Lehi Sports Park Horseshoe Pits.  Stay tuned for upcoming dates and times.

Seniors can walk on the indoor track FREE of charge between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. You do not need to be a member of the Senior Center to enjoy this resource! Legacy Center closure dates will be listed online: Legacy Center Closure Dates

Yearly, free in-person tax prep is available to seniors (and non-seniors) who qualify through Pleasant Grove Senior Center. Times and dates vary per year.  Please call and check with a Staff member for more details. Call 385-201-1065. Provided by AARP Foundation Tax-Aide.

CURRENTLY ON HOLD. CHECK BACK LATER. Sponsored by Podiatrist Dr. Scott Humphreys. Held every other month from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Call 385.201.1065 to find out when his next clinic is, and to schedule an appointment. Additional fees required.
