Reservations

Outdoor Pool, Park Pavilion, Willow Park Camping, and Community Room reservations.

Community Room Reservations at the Broadbent Room (Police Bldg) and the Senior Center (Lehi Legacy Center) are available year-round. Reservations for 2024 are NOW OPEN! 

Reservations for Willow Park Camping, Park Pavilion and Outdoor Pool WILL OPEN THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 1, 2024.

Reservations for Lehi City Park pavilions, Willow Park camping will open February 1, 2024. Reservations can be scheduled between April 15th through October 15th for the park pavilions and camping.  

Reservations for the Lehi Outdoor Pool will open February 1, 2024,for dates to be reserved from May 28 through August 30.

Community Room Reservations

Please be aware of our cancellation policy for the months of November and December ONLY. Because this is our busiest time of year ALL RESERVATIONS ARE FINAL for these two months. Cancelling an event during these two months will forfeit your deposit. For more information, please call our Information Center Department. 

BROADBENT COMMUNITY ROOM

The Broadbent Community Room is located at 128 N 100 E, in the Police Department Building.  Currently, reservations are only allowed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sundays from 7:00 am through 11:00 pm.  Room capacity is 142.

MANDATORY training for use of sound system and audio system. Please read Rental Agreement and contact Scott for training at sdabell@lehi-ut.gov before your scheduled event. Absolutely NO Glitter of any kind in this room. 

The Broadbent room includes:

  • 12 large round tables (approximately 6ft in diameter)
  • 1 small round table
  • 2 long serving tables
  • 34 rectangle tables that are approximately 2.5 ft x 5 ft.
  • 128 chairs
  • Kitchen: 2 microwaves, 1 oven, 1 fridge/freezer, a water and ice dispenser.
  • There are 2 televisions in the main room.

Once your event is scheduled, it is YOUR responsibility to pick up a key before your event occurs. This must be done during our business hours Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM. If you failed to pick up your key during our business hours, we WILL NOT be able to meet you after hours to open doors for your event. You will need to contact our Information Center for a refund.

SENIOR CENTER COMMUNITY ROOM 

Senior center rental room

The Center is available for rent for family parties at the cost of $50 per hour for Lehi City residents and $60 per hour for non-residents. Each rental requires a $200 deposit. Room capacity is 108. Review the Rental Agreement below for more information about community room rental. 

If you have made a reservation, please pick up your key for your rental at the Information Center at 153 N 100 E during business hours. Any reservations made on the weekend must picked up on Friday before the end of the work day.

Willow Park Campground and Pavilions

Willow park in LehiWillow Park camping is a dry campsite.

Willow Park Campground is nestled between the Jordan River and the Jordan River Trail.  It features both individual overnight camping spots and group sites that can accommodate large groups. 

Every site has a picnic table and fire pit.  You can also reserve the pavilions at Willow Park.  Willow Park features sand volleyball, playgrounds, access to the Jordan River Trail, a boat launch site for the Jordan River, and a dog park. Please be advised there are NO RV hookups or showers at Willow Park Campground.

Willow Park: Camping and Pavilion Reservations.

Campsites are available for rent from April 15th through October 15th. Group camping sites are $175/night and can be reserved on-line.  Individual/single camping sites are $25/night and can be reserved on-line.  Pavilion rentals must be reserved separately from the camping reservation and can also be reserved on-line.  The rates are $65 for either 9:00 am to 2:30 pm or 4:30 pm to 10:00 p.m., or $100 for the entire day 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. 

There is NO camping allowed October 16 through April 14 and no day use will be permitted at this time. Maximum reservation stay is 7 days.  Campers can book again, but not before 7 days after their original stay.

Pets are allowed.  There is a dog park adjacent to the Willow Park campground.

Park Pavilions

On-line pavilion reservations can be made up to 4 days in advance of you scheduled event.  If your event is within 4 days, please call (385) 201-1000 to speak with a customer service representative.

Park pavilion reservations are to reserve the park pavilion only.  It does not include exclusive or guaranteed use of the other amenities located at the park.  Park pavilion rentals are available from April 15 through Oct 15 each year.

Outdoor Pool and Pavilion

The outdoor pool and pavilion can be rented from the end of May 28 to August 30. The rentals vary depending on the day of the week. Monday-Thursday rentals are Pavilion: 6:00-8:00 pm Pool: 8:00-10:00 pm. Friday and Saturday rentals have two separate times. The first is Pavilion: 5:00-7:00 pm Pool: 7:00-9:00 pm: and the second is Pavilion: 7:30-9:00 pm Pool: 9:00-11:00 pm. There is a limit of 300 guests per rental.   

Special Event Permit

Park pavilion reservations for large groups of 100 or more may need a Special Event Permit.

A Special Event Permit is required if any of the following apply to your event:

  • Is a private function such as a fund-raiser, party, race, over-sized group picnics, etc.,
  • Uses City property such as roads, sidewalks, parks, etc.,
  • Uses City property in a way that may interfere with the public’s typical use of this property,
  • Requires the dedication of additional city staff or services. (See Municipal Code Title 4 Chapter 6
