Next Steps for Install

Step 1: Outside Coordination

A representative from Strata Networks will meet with you to discuss the placement of fiber. Please note that if our teams are unable to contact you prior to your install, it could delay your service activation date.

Step 2: Outside Work

Prior to your installation, we’ll bring fiber from the curb to the exterior of your home. This work may be completed by Strata Networks or a different subcontractor. You don’t need to be home during this work, and we’ll ensure that your yard is returned to its previous condition.

Step 3: Installation

A representative from Spectra or another subcontractor will complete your home installation on your previously scheduled date. Please note that the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) requires power, so an electrical outlet must be available at the installation location. You may also need to update your equipment for the best experience on the network.

Step 4: You’re Connected!

Enjoy all the benefits of your new fiber connection! If any issues arise after your connection, please contact your Internet Service Provider directly.
