Outstanding Lehi Family Nomination

To nominate a family for Outstanding Lehi Family for Family Week, fill out an application in the link above or pick one up at the city offices. You can drop off your nomination at the city offices or email it to the Special Event Coordinator.

Each Outstanding Family will be honored at Family Week’s kickoff event on Sunday, November 19  at 7 p.m. at Skyridge High School.
