Lehi City Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance 

Lehi City is a member of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and complies with FEMA’s minimum standards for flood damage prevention. Lehi City’s Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance is in Chapter 12-D of the Development Code. Read the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance (Chapter 12-D). 

Floodplain Development Permit Application 

Any development within the 100-year floodplain requires a floodplain development permit (FDP) and must comply with Chapter 12-D of the Development Code. FDP applications are reviewed by the Lehi City Floodplain Administrator. The Lehi City Flood Damage Prevention (FDP) application is available online.
