PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO ANNEX THE LOGAN ANNEXATION AND PUBLIC HEARING
On September 22, 2026, the Lehi City Council passed Resolution #2026-54 approving Lehi City’s intent to annex approximately 2.68 acres of real property owned by Danny Logan, located at approximately 1300 South 1700 West, Lehi, Utah.
A public hearing has been scheduled before the Lehi City Council on the 10th day of November, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment. The public hearing will be held at the Lehi Civic Center, in the Council Chambers, located at 131 N. 100 E., Lehi, UT.
The Lehi City Council will annex the above described parcel unless, at or before the public hearing, written protests to the annexation are filed by the owners of real property located within the area proposed for annexation covering a majority of the total private land area within the entire area proposed for annexation and also is equal to at least ½ the assessed value of all private real property within the entire area proposed for annexation.
