Planning Commission Public Hearing Items for September 24, 2026

LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

On September 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:

Public hearing and recommendation of Cole Peck’s request for review of the Lakeview Land and Rock General Plan Amendment located at approximately 600 South 600 East, changing the designation for LDR (Low Density Residential) to Commercial and Heavy Commercial.

Public hearing and recommendation of Windy City Development’s request for review of the Spring Meadow Villas Preliminary PRD Subdivision, a 71-lot residential subdivision located at 1630 S 500 E.

Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton’s proposed amendment to the Skye Area Plan updating the number of ERUs allowed in the Mixed Use 1 Area but not increasing overall units in the Inverness area.

Public hearing and consideration of Clark Robinson’s request for conditional use approval of Inclined Indoor Wingsuit Lehi Concept Plan and with exceptions to the 40% glass requirement located at 2959 North Triumph Boulevard in the Commercial zone. 

Public hearing and consideration of McClure Engineering’s request for conditional use approval of the Lehi Taco Bell site plan with exceptions to the 40% glass requirement located at 1937 North 3600 West

Public hearing and consideration of DR Horton’s request for approval of Inverness Preliminary Plat E including 405 townhome units located at approximately Center Street and Traverse Terrace Road and requesting a substitution for required amenities.
