Planning Commission Public Hearing Items for October 8, 2026

On October 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:

Public hearing and recommendation of Danny Logan’s request for review of R-1-22 and TH-5 zoning for the Logan Annexation on 2.68 acres located at approximately 1300 S 1700 W. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Lawrence Snow’s request for review of the 802 W State Street Zone Change, changing the zoning on .72 acres from Mixed Use to Heavy Commercial. 

Public hearing and consideration of Colby Anderson’s request for approval of an exception on the building materials for the Moto United Phase 2 Concept located at 450 Millpond Drive. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Tapley Mitchell’s request for review of the Tapley Project Concept located at 58 South 300 West, adding four townhome units and retaining the existing structures on site.
