Planning Commission Public Hearing Items for October 22, 2026

On October 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:

Public hearing and consideration of Jim Karren’s request for approval of the Karren Estates Plat A Preliminary 3-lot Subdivision located at 105 South 500 West. 

Public hearing and consideration of Janica Lee’s request for approval of an 8-foot fence located at her 1806 North 500 West residence.  

Public hearing and recommendation of JDJ Investments LLC’s request for review of the Jarvis Zone Chage, changing the zoning on 1.89 acres located at approximately 1840 N 2300 W from A-5 to R-1-8. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Matt Loveland’s request for review of the Clark Meadows updated 12-lot concept asking for 2 densities in lieu of payment located at approximately 1700 West and 1300 South.  

Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a comprehensive Development Code update to Chapter 39, Definitions, integrating definitions found in other Chapters.
