PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS FOR NOVEMBER 12, 2026

On November 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:

Public hearing and consideration of Grow Development’s request for approval of the Morgan Lane Preliminary Subdivision, a 4-lot residential development located at 105 S 1100 W. 

Public hearing and recommendation of DR Horton’s request for review of the Inverness Plat E grading permit including approximately 37 acres located at approximately Center Street and Traverse Terrace Drive. 

Public hearing and consideration of Kimley-Horn's request for approval of a conditional use permit for a drive-thru for the Lehi Chase Bank, located at 3850 West Hardman Way. 

Public hearing and recommendation Vaughn and Vicki Adams request for review of the Adams Zone Change on 1.099 acres located 455 North 900 East from RA-1 to R-1-Flex. 

Public hearing and consideration of Milton and Alayna Finau’s request for approval of Finau Plat A combing lots 62 and 63 of Vista Ridge Phase 2 located at 184 West Crest Ridge.  May come off

Public hearing and consideration of Albion Development’s request for approval of a glass requirement exception for the Grow Industrial Site Plan located at 4218 W 1700 N. 

Public hearing and consideration of Jim and Teresa Strickland’s request for conditional use approval of a flag lot located at 1918 North 600 West in the RA-1 zone. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City’s request for review of a shared-use path replacing 3950 North and in lieu of the road connection to still meet connectivity requirements. 

Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi’s City’s request for review of Chapter 37 Development Code amendment adding Electric Vehicle Charging Station Standards.

Public hearing and consideration of EA Architecture’s request for approval of a glass requirement exception for the Holbrook Farms 5 Church located at 3708 West 2600 North.
