Notice of Planning Commission Public Hearings for August 27, 2026

On August 27, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi Civic Center Council Chambers located at 131 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items:

Public hearing and consideration of Ryan Harmison's request for approval of an exception for the 235 Office Suites Concept located at 235 W State Street.

Public hearing and recommendation of Jeanne Walker's request for review of R-1-22 zoning for the Pasture Walk Annexation on 4.4 acres located at approximately 900 North 1000 West.

Public hearing and recommendation of Nick Nelson's request for review of the Nelson Zone Change, changing the zone from TH-5 to A-5 located at 1193 North 2300 West.

Public hearing and consideration of AT&T's request for conditional use approval of the AT&T River Walk Preliminary Children's Antenna, requesting to place a telecommunications antenna on top of Primary Children's Hospital located at 2250 North Miller Campus Drive.
