Introducing Lehi Connect

Staying connected with your city just got easier! Lehi City is excited to introduce Lehi Connect, a new communication platform designed to help residents receive important updates, access city resources, and connect with City staff—all in one convenient place.

Lehi Connect allows residents to receive timely information about City services, road projects, utilities, events, recreation programs, and important community notifications. Residents can personalize their experience by selecting the topics they care about and choosing whether they would like to receive updates by text message, email, or phone call.

A Better Way to Connect with Your City

Lehi Connect provides residents with several convenient tools, including:

●     Customized notifications based on your interests

●     Direct communication with City staff

●     Utility account information and updates

●     Information about programs, services, and community events

Another benefit of Lehi Connect is the ability for the City to send targeted messages to specific areas. For example, if a road closure or utility issue affects a particular neighborhood, residents in that area can receive information directly.

Stay Informed When It Matters Most

One of the most important features of Lehi Connect is emergency communication. Lehi City is transitioning from Everbridge to Lehi Connect for emergency notifications.

Residents will continue to receive emergency notifications (reserve 911) directly from Central District Dispatch. These notifications are separate from Lehi Connect and sent independently by Dispatch in collaboration with police and fire agencies.

Each person who pays utilities in Lehi City already has an account available through Lehi Connect. Residents can sign in to customize their communication preferences and make sure they are receiving the updates that matter most to them.
