Zoning is the City’s tool for implementing the General Plan. All of the City’s zoning regulations are found in the Lehi City Development Code. The Development Code contains standards, provisions and requirements intended to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Lehi City by ensuring that neighbors and adjacent properties are protected from potential negative impacts in the development and use of land. It is the intent of the Development Code to provide a means of ensuring predictability and consistency in the use of land and individual properties, and to guide and direct the development of land and to achieve a balance between the desires of the individual property-owner and the citizens of the City of Lehi.
