At this time commercial utility applications are not available online. To sign up for Lehi City utilities you must print and fill out the application and send it back to utilities@lehi-ut.gov. Please call the information center (385-201-1000) to pay your $30.00 set up fee.

If you need to cancel your utility services because you are moving YOU MUST call the INFORMATION CENTER with a cancellation date in order to STOP being billed for your services. Meters are not read Friday-Sunday. 

To move your services to a new address, apply for new services online through xpress bill pay.

If you do not have a login:

• Visit xpress bill pay
• Click sign up and create an account
• Once you are in go to the upper left corner and ADD ACCOUNT, select Lehi city as your organization.
• There will be a link on the page that says "Request Utility Service" (this will get you to the application)

Landlord

lf you plan to rent/lease your property, utilities MUST stay in homeowners name until renters fill out application and pay $30.00 set up fee. Utilities will then transfer from landlord to renter. 

Tenants

Apply for new services online through xpress bill pay.

• Visit xpress bill pay
• Click sign up and create an account
• Once you are in go to the upper left corner and ADD ACCOUNT, select Lehi city as your organization.
• There will be a link on the page that says "Request Utility Service" (this will get you to the application)
• Select Tenant application

Residents who pay garbage to Lehi City are entitled to one 3-punch dump pass card per year to the North Pointe Solid Waste landfill. Pick yours up at the Information Center located at City Hall.
