Current City Projects

Location: 41 East 900 North
Project Type: Land Use Amendment

The Georgetown Development project proposes a General Plan amendment to change the land use designation from Low Density Residential (LDR) and Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) to Mixed Use on approximately 2.8 acres.

The proposal includes:

20 total residential units
10 live-work units with business space on the ground floor
10 traditional townhomes located near existing residential properties

A portion of the site is located within a 100-year floodplain, which is why it currently carries an ESA designation. Development in this area is allowed but requires additional permitting and construction standards to help protect life and property in the event of flooding.

Location: Approximately 2300 West 300 South
Project Type: Annexation & Zoning

Slay Holdings LLC is requesting annexation of approximately 4 acres into Lehi City with proposed R-1-Flex zoning (8,000 square foot minimum lot size).

Key details:

Aligns with the General Plan designation of Low Density Residential (LDR)
Helps eliminate an existing “county island” surrounded by city boundaries
Supports planned long-term growth in the area

As part of the annexation process, the Planning Commission will review the request for consistency with the General Plan. Their recommendation will then be forwarded to the City Council for final consideration.

Project Type: Annexation & Zoning

Cedar Hollow Holdings is requesting annexation of approximately 15.31 acres into Lehi City with proposed R-1-Flex zoning.

Project highlights:

Consistent with the area’s General Plan designation
Intended to eventually become part of Lehi City
Reduces a portion of an existing county island

This annexation supports orderly growth and allows the City to provide services more efficiently as development occurs.
