Personal trainers can help you to assess your current level of physical fitness, and to set and reach future fitness goals. Our Personal trainers are certified and can start sessions with just you or up to 3 people.
Women on Weights
This 3 month strength training class will provide the proper guidelines necessary to make changes in your fitness level.

Weight & Cardio Orientation
How to use of equipment in the weight and cardio rooms.
WHEN: 6pm on the first Thursday of the month.
FEE: Free to patrons or $3 for daily admittance payees.
WHERE: Meet on the mezzanine next to the weight room
Slim to Win
The Slim to Win weight loss contest will last for four months beginning in January. It is designed to improve the overall health of the contestants. Participants will receive nutritional info, weekly team workouts with a personal trainer and a t-shirt.
