            Tuesday & Thursday Evenings, possibly 1 Sat (TBD)  8 Week Course

            National Testing – May 16th

Location:

• Lehi Fire Department – Station 83

cost:

• $850

             Tuition includes: Approximately 80 hours of classroom lectures, online study and practical instruction. Psychomotor Exam

             Not included: National written testing fees and book

PREREQUISITES:

• Must be a UTAH certified EMT-Basic and must be over the age of 18
