Planning Commission Public Hearings

NOTICE:  is hereby given that a public hearing before the Lehi City Planning Commission will be held Thursday August 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi City Council Chambers, 153 North 100 East, Lehi, Utah for the purpose of receiving comment on the following (applications and materials may be reviewed at the Planning Department, 99 West Main Street, Suite 100, during normal business hours 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday).

DR Horton – Requests Preliminary Subdivision review and recommendation for Mustang Hollow, an 18-lot residential development located at approximately 825 East 900 North in an existing R-1-8 zone.

Lehi City – Requests review and recommendation for the following Development Code Amendments:

a)        Chapter 5 – adding new zones and removing Commercial Design Standards

b)       Amending Table 05-030-B and adding new Table 5-030-C

c)       Amending Table 05-040-B and adding new Table 05-040-C

d)       Chapter 37 Design Standards  – adding a new chapter that combines the Commercial Design Standards from Chapter 5 and adding Downtown Revitalization standards

e)       Chapter 38 Definitions – adding new definitions and amending several existing ones

Danny Patten – Requests Conditional Use approval for proposed changes to add two electronic message displays to the existing pole sign for Lee’s Round-Up Tesoro service station located at 1500 North State Street in an existing Mixed Use zone.
