Planning Commission Public Hearings

NOTICE:  is hereby given that a public hearing before the Lehi City Planning Commission will be held Thursday February 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lehi City Council Chambers, 153 North 100 East, Lehi, Utah for the purpose of receiving comment on the following (applications and materials may be reviewed at the Planning Department, 99 West Main Street, Suite 100, during normal business hours 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday).

Karla Harding – Request review and recommendation for a Zone District and Zone District Map Amendment on approximately .49 acres of property located at 680 East State Street from an R-2 (Medium Density Residential) to  MU (Mixed Use) zone.

YESCO – Requests Conditional Use approval for a monument sign with an electronic message display for Mountain American Credit Union located at 1704 East SR-92 in an existing C (Commercial) zone.

McArthur Homes – Requests Preliminary Subdivision review and recommendation for the Thanksgiving Meadows amended plat located at approximately 3600 North Thanksgiving Way in an existing R-2 (Medium Density Residential) and R-3 (High Density Residential) Planned Unit Development.

Sarah Gordon – Requests review and recommendation for a Zone District and Zone District Map Amendment on approximately 1.36 acres of property located at 2300 West Main from an A-5 (Agricultural) to C (Commercial) zone.
