Request A Record
To receive a copy of any public records not available through this website, a GRAMA (Government Records Accountability and Management Act) Records Request Form must be filled out and submitted to the City Recorder. Forms can be submitted in person at the Lehi City Hall, 153 North 100 East, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, by email at mbanasky@lehi-ut.gov, or by fax at (801) 768-7101. Records requests are typically filled within 10 working days.
