The Parks and Buildings Department is responsible for the up-keep and maintenance of all open recreation and leisure spaces within Lehi as well as all public buildings. Our duty is to provide clean and safe parks for all that wish to use them. The department is also responsible for performing small park improvements, building maintenance, summer upkeep on grass and trees, upkeep on detention basins and city entrance ways, and all city building grounds.

The Parks Department has three pieces of equipment for surplus sale. 

1)  One Ransomes 951 D riding lawn mower.  Serial number 946 90000 735.  The Lawn mower has a new motor.  It needs a starter and a safety switch.  The machine is in fair condition but is not running due to the starter and switch problem. 
Minimum bid is:  $1500.00

2)  One John Deere 4400 Tractor with backhoe attachment.  Serial number 2 V 4400 H 440039.  This tractor runs well, the backhoe attachment works well.  The tractor has a small crack in the axle housing, and the seat needs repair. 
Minimum bid is:  $8000.00

3)  One Grasshopper 618 riding lawn mower without a mowing deck.  This unit comes with a sweepster broom attachment.  Model number M24C4F.  Serial number  for the Grasshopper is 4970616.  The sweepster serial number is 0204023.  The Grasshopper is in good condition.
