Aerobics(Land & Water)

Classes are designed to give you the perfect workout. We offer an array of fitness classes to meet the needs of each individual. We offer step, yoga, kickboxing, pilates, cycling, total body conditioning, deep water, shallow water and more. Each Class is designed to maximize results while enhancing physical and mental fitness levels. Aerobics classes are included in membership fees or are $3.00 for daily payees.

Adult Triathlon Training

The sport of triathlon has exploded! Exercise enthusiasts have figured out the triathlons are loads of fun and the discipline of it has attracted every age, gender and performance level.

SWIM BIKE RUN

Beginners and experienced tri-athletes are welcome.

Beginners 5K Training
This program is designed for those seeking to run their first 5k or get back inshape to run another 5k.  This is a coached program.

This Program will run 10 weeks, with a group run on Saturday mornings at 8am.  After each group run, we will hold an instructional clinic.  The group runs will meet at the Legacy Center

The program is directed by Fleet Feet Sports in American Fork.

At least 15 peole are needed to participate for the program to run.

Nutrition Workshop
Without a doubt, a good diet can delay fatigue, enhance performance and improve the health of active people.  Yet many of us fail to eat wisely and well.  This nutrition presentation is designed to help you feel and perfom better with good nutrition! 

    Topics that will be covered include:

    • What are the best energy foods?
    • Should I eat before I workout?
    • Vitamins and Supplements
    • Weight Gain/Weight Loss

Frigid 5K Walk/Run
Join us in the 1st annual Frigid 5K.  It will be the most exhilarating race ever and will not take any time at all. 


Just get out of bed, arrive at the race, warm up for 10 to 20 minutes, race for 40 minutes maximum, cool down, replenish with post-race snack, and head home in your new race T-shirt before your family has finished breakfasts.  Or better yet,  challenge your family, a co-worker, friend or neighbor to race with you.  We will run in whatever the weather brings us.

RACE DAY REGISTRANTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT OR PACKET

Awards are given to overall male & femail winner, also first, second and third places in age groups.

Personal training

Personal trainers can help you to assess your current level of physical fitness, and to set and reach future fitness goals. They can teach you new exercises and review your movements to improve your exercise techniques. They can keep records of your sessions to monitor your progress toward physical fitness. They will also advise you on how to modify your lifestyle outside of the gym to improve your  fitness.

Our Personal trainers are certified and can start sessions with just you or up to 3 people.

Strength Training Class (Women on Weights)

This class will provide the proper guidelines necessary to make changes in your fitness level. This course lasts for three months. In three months you will be taught many different modalities of strength. The first week will be geared to finding out where your fitness level is through different assessments, including strength, flexibility, cardiovascular and body fat.

Attending this class regularly will help you integrate the healthy lifestyle fundamentals into your life, but only you can make a difference. You will see positive results, meet new people with similar goals in mind, and find joy in exercising.

Weight Room and Cardio Room Orientation

The cardio and weight room can sometimes be a little intimidating for first time users. To make your workout less frustrating, we are offering an instructional class on the use of our equipment.

CLASSES: First Thursday of the month.
TIME: 6:00 pm

FEE: Free to patrons or $2.50 for daily admittance payees.

Group meets on the mezzanine area next to weight room at 6pm.
