| The following youth sports leagues require one parent be certified in F.A.N.S. (Fans Against Negative Sportsmanship, previously known as S.A.G.E.) prior to registration: |

| This program will help create a positive atmosphere at games to help kids have fun and feel good about themselves. To become FANS certified, you must login to the FANS website, watch the video (about 20 minutes), and answer 5 questions about the video’s content. You may also watch the video at the Legacy Center. You must get 4 out of 5 questions correct in order to pass. Upon certification, you will receive a FANS ID number that will be valid for one year at which point you will need to take the course again. You will need your FANS ID number when registering children in your household for FANS required programs. If you forget your FANS ID, go to www.lehi-ut.gov/fans to access your account. |
