Howard Johnson :: Mayor

  • Born in Spanish Fork, Utah
  • Resident of Lehi for 28 years
  • Married to Elaine Lasson for 49 years
  • Parents of 4 children, 25 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
  • University of Utah Graduate in Civil Engineering
  • Owned and operated Timpanogas Metals, Inc. (steel fabrication) for 29 years
  • Interests include gardening, sports and reading
  • Service to the community includes, Lehi Chamber of Commerce, Boy Scouts of America, Alpine District Public Involvement Council, and others
  • End of current term: December 2009

Johnny Barnes :: Councilmember

  • Born and raised in Lehi
  • Married Amy Hadfield Barnes. Parents of three sons, one daughter, a foster daughter and six grandchildren.
  • Community involvement includes serving as the Lehi District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America, Chairman of the Lehi Community Council, Lehi High School Booster Club, and officiated high school basketball for over 20 years.
  • Council duties include involvement with the Parks Department, the Public Works Department, and the Community Council which sponsors Family Week, Marriage Week, Easter in Lehi and Christmas in Lehi. 
  • Employed as an operations manager for a major electrical utility. 
  • Has a special interest in strengthening the heart of our community: Families and Marriages.  
  • Currently serving a fourth term on the City Council

Stephen Holbrook :: Councilmember

  • Lifetime Lehi Resident
  • Married Gail Peterson Holbrook and has 11 children
  • Graduated from BYU and is a third generation farmer
  • Council duties include involvement with the Rippy Literacy Center, Historical Committee, Library, Museum, Senior Center, Lehi Round-up days and special events
  • Interests as a Councilman - Promote commercial development, Accelerate funding to build new roads to relieve traffic congestion, and work for responsible growth and development including recreational parks
  • I believe in team effort, that includes elected officials, administration, employees, and citizens. I am committed to serve our community.

James Dixon :: Councilmember

  • B.S. Degree from Brigham Young University
  • Married to Lisa Huntington. Parents of five sons
  • Served on Planning & Zoning Commission for 4 years prior to being elected to the city council, 2 years as the chairman
  • Current assignments include Board of Adjustments, North Pointe Solid Waste Board, and public safety
  • Served 2 terms on the city council and currently serving a third

Mark I. Johnson :: Councilmember

  • Married Collette Tidwell Johnson, has 3 sons and 1 daughter
  • Employed as a project manager for an engineering and planning consulting firm
  • Council duties include Community Development, Engineering, Planning Commission, and the Timpanogos Special Service District. 
  • Interests as councilman include promoting attractive residential developments, vibrant retail and service districts, and local employment facilities and recreational opportunities
  • Appointed to city council in July 2003 and finished term
  • End of current term: December 2011

Johnny Revill :: Councilmember

  • Graduate of Lehi High School
  • Attended Snow College on a Leadership Scholarship and later attended University of Phoenix
  • Married to Nicole Wride Revill of American Fork
  • Father of 3 children; Bowen, Shelby, and Dawson
  • Employed by Centaur Print Partners
  • Interests include community theater, coaching, motivational speaking, singing, all sports, and church service.
  • Serves in the High Council in the Lehi Jordan River Stake
  • Current council duties include involvement in the recreation department, arts council; also serves as the golf course representative and contributes to the Miss Lehi Pageant.
  • End of current term: December 2011
